Affiliate Terms of Use

To be an authorized affiliate of Computta.com and participate in Computta.com affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Computta.com services as an affiliate.
By signing up for the Computta.com account and participating in Computta.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Computta.com website affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant) if you choose to participate in Computta.com Affiliate Program. In this agreement, Computta refers to the software service and affiliate program provider, Computta.com, Computta.com website and Computta Networks LLC.

2. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM in any way, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change(s).

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the affiliate program, you must be a registered user of Computta OR submit an online affiliate application, approvals are immediate and with no fee or any product or service purchase required to participate. ONLY ONE affiliate account per affiliate is permitted, users found to have multiple user accounts with separate registered email addresses, either via proxy users, i.e. mom, dad, or Fido, will have extra accounts terminated, in cases of just simple error; in cases of obviously prohibited activity of setting up multiple user/affiliate accounts for the purpose of manipulation of the Computta Affiliate Program, account termination with all and any earnings forfeited will be imposed.

4. Affiliate URL

You will be issued a special URL and other marketing resources once you become an approved member of the Computta Affiliate Program which will be unique to you and you only, and will allow you to be paid for affiliate referrals.  Sending visitors to Computta website without using your own affiliate URL will NOT result in any referral commissions to you.

5. Commissions

Affiliates will receive 10% of the earnings amount from each personal referral as a commission from that referral’s monthly earnings (unless noted otherwise for a particular user case). Commission percentages may change at the discretion of Computta, commissions may also be increased during limited time special promotions, but they will return thereafter to the regular commission rate.

Affiliates can also earn commissions on up to 5 tiers of member earnings from referred members below them. Affiliate compensation and rates are current as announced on Computta website.

Computta keeps the right to change its compensation plan details at any time on its sole discretion. All changes and details will be posted on Computta.com official website  and will take effect immediately after posting. It is Computta Users’ and Affiliates’ responsibility to check Computta.com official website for the current affiliate program details and compensation plan.

To generate a commission to an Affiliate, the referred Computta user must properly install Computta Smart Miner software on their computer(s) and generate earnings of or over 0.05mBTC (milli Bitcoin).

Commissions will only be paid on earnings that are generated when a visitor clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links, register on Computta website as a user and follows the further software download and installation process and then runs Computta software to generate personal earnings.

Distributing and promoting properly coded affiliate links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

Word of mouth referrals will NOT result in an affiliate commission being generated.

6. Payments and Eligibility

Computta pays affiliates via Bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency transfers made to your Bitcoin address added in the Payment settings in your Computta account. Bitcoins can then be exchanged by the affiliate to any local currency of their choice thru any 3rd party cryptocurrency exchange service. Computta will NOT be responsible for affiliate’s earnings changes in affiliate’s local currency due to Bitcoin/currency exchange rate fluctuations.

To be eligible for any payouts a user or affiliate must install and run Computta mining software on at least one computer and generate any personal verified earnings within 30 days before the payout request date.

7. Earnings and Rates

Computta is in NO way responsible for or in control of each software user’s personal earnings. These are determined solely by user’s computer system setup and hardware capabilities. All software users referred by Computta affiliates will have different monthly earnings generated and affiliate commissions will be calculated based on actual earnings by each referred user.

Affiliate earnings are stored and paid in Bitcoin (BTC) cryptocurrency and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Computta is in no way responsible for exchange rates and fluctuations of Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency used by Computta Smart Miner software.

8. Qualifying Sites

Computta reserves the right to refuse any site/user entry into the Computta Affiliate Program based on site content or promotion methods.
Sites that do not qualify for the Affiliate Program include (but not limited to) sites which:

– Promote sexually explicit materials

– Promote violence

– Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

– Promote illegal activities

– Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of Computta Networks or any other parties.

9. Permitted Usage

The following are permitted uses of the Computta brand and marketing resources

Affiliates are permitted to use the graphical banners and design resources located at the Affiliate Area and other provided marketing materials.

10. Prohibited Usage

The following cases prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the affiliate account:

Affiliates MAY NOT use the Computta logo, logo marks or other Computta website/branding imagery in a header graphic or in any way as to indicate they are officially affiliated, employed or partnered with Computta Networks.

Affiliates MAY NOT use the term “Computta” in ANY variation in their promotional site URL ex. (computtapromotion.net, computtamoney.com, computta-earnings.com, etc).

Affiliates MAY NOT use or refer to the term “Computta” in ANY negative promotion or marketing. E,g, “Computta Scam”, “Do Not use Computta unless…” etc…

11. Computta Anti-Spam Policy

Computta strictly prohibits affiliates from using spam e-mail and other forms of Internet abuse (including spamming forums, blogs, twitter, facebook and other social media outlets) to seek sales. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:

Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient through an opt in subscription;

Messages posted to Usenet, forums, Twitter, Facebook and message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, posted in excessive volume, or posted against forum/message board rules. Be conscious of forum rules! If a forum owner or moderator complains that an affiliate has spammed, the affiliate account may be permanently terminated after investigation.

Content posted on free blog websites for the sole purpose of keyword spamming, or comments posted to legitimate blogs that violate the comment policy of the blog owner.

Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or “Instant Messaging” system;

Certain off-line activities that, while not considered Spam, are similar in nature, including distributing fliers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws.

Computta may undertake, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:

Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, the Computta Affiliate Program manager may investigate the complaint, and if necessary, will then terminate the affiliate account of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the member and affiliate account, the loss of all referrals, and the forfeiture of any unpaid money on account.

If you wish to report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all relevant evidence to our Usage Policy Department at: violations@computta.com.

12. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on  behalf of Computta or its officers and employees. Affiliates will not make any statement, whether on their sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

13. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin when you accept and will end when terminated by either party. Either Computta or the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted here-under shall immediately terminate and you will immediately cease use of, and remove from Affiliate’s Web Site, all links to the Computta websites, and all Computta trademarks and logos, other Computta marketing materials provided in connection with this program.

14. Limitation of Liability

Computta will NOT be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under to this Agreement.

15. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites, software or the Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Computta will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

16. Miscellaneous

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing up with the Computta Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
